Back to India!

We are back in India for a second year.  Getting over wasn't easy, but we made it.  Our first flight from Charlotte to Chicago was delayed so we were put on a different plane that was "on time."   Sadly it had maintenance problems, and we watched our original delayed flight taxi out while sitting in our broken "on time" plane.  We ended up working with British Airways to get us on a later flight to Chicago and then take a direct flight back to Delhi the next day.  This might have been a blessing as our original flight had a stopover in London which added a few more hours to the flight.  Here are some iPod snapshots of our journey back to Mother India!  

Everything that we had to fit into 4 bags for a total of 200lbs.  They were each exactly 50lbs (according to the airport scales).  Our carry on bags might have been 40lbs each too!  Had to make them look light as we boarded the plane.

We never flew in darkness. We did fly during sunset for 6+ hours as we flew over Greenland.
