But you still might be wondering: "Why India?" We might still be wondering that too! Without sounding cliche, the answer is: India chose us! Here's what happened...
Feb. 7: Arrive in Boston at ISS (International School Services) job fair mayhem.
Feb. 8: After interviewing with several schools (2 in Europe, 2 in Africa, and 1 in India), we thought the American Embassy School (AES) in New Delhi was the best school for us, the best fit.
Feb. 9: Received a job offer from AES and it was time to start seriously considering our next step.
Feb. 10-14: After a lot of thought (and maybe some "soul searching") we decided to take this opportunity!
So, "Why India?" We ask: Why not??
After the decision was made, the announcements began.
We look forward to sharing our journey with you through this blog, and hosting some of you at our apartment in India! Friends are always welcome!
